Victory Park Azerbaijan – Engineering Precision at Its Finest Polatoglu Metal Co. Inc. successfully delivered the Victory Park Azerbaijan project for PMD Project LLC, one of the most prestigious and iconic developments in Baku. This project represents a perfect blend of engineering mastery and architectural elegance. Advanced Production & Design Workflow The entire system was designed and modeled in Rhinoceros 3D. Molds were produced using 8-axis robotic CNC machining. These molds were combined with steel hanger systems, and fiber cement panels were cast in our workshop. This high-tech production approach ensured both exceptional accuracy and superior aesthetics. Scope of Work Executed ✔ 3,200 m² fiber cement panels ✔ 375 tons fiber park seating structures ✔ 110 tons heavy steel construction ✔ Simultaneously deployed equipment: 5 spider cranes Two 60-ton mobile cranes 2 aerial platforms 2 menlifts 3,200 m³ scaffolding High-Intensity Installation Strategy Installation was coordinated by 4 mapping teams. 8 installation teams worked in double shifts. Despite its technical complexity, the entire project was completed in only 2 months. Port Baku Garden Walkway – A First in Baku: Terrazzo Stone Façade Systems Polatoglu Metal Co. Inc. proudly delivered the Port Baku Garden Walkway project for North West Construction, one of the largest and most reputable construction companies in Baku. This project marks the first-ever application of terrazzo stone façade systems in the city, successfully implemented by Polatoglu. Innovative Systems Applied in the Project The substructure was reinforced using Hilti Undercut anchors and a steel supporting frame. The terrazzo façade system incorporates Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂ – photocatalytic) components, providing a self-cleaning surface. No artificial pigments were used; all colors were achieved through crushed natural quartz stones mixed in controlled ratios. Glass fiber reinforcement and polymer binders increased the stone’s structural strength. U-shaped stones were bonded using advanced assembly techniques to ensure long-term durability. This pioneering approach carried significant challenges, yet Polatoglu Metal Co. Inc. executed the project flawlessly, contributing to one of Baku’s most remarkable architectural achievements. Sea Breeze Light House Project Information As Polatoğlu Metal A.Ş., we completed the façade and aluminium system works for Sea Breeze Light House Residence, the first residential building of the Sea Breeze City development located in Bilgah, approximately 25 km from Baku. The project was delivered to the client, Terra Structure, on a turnkey basis. In your aluminum façade projects, we carry out the necessary evaluations during the quotation process. Following the approval of the quotation, we manage topographic surveys, shop drawings, MAR files, and manufacturing projects, handling all implementation and production processes, preparing material order lists, and managing procurement processes. Additionally, with years of experience, we provide Value Engineering support to ensure technical accuracy and cost optimization throughout your projects. All our manufacturing is carried out in our factory using Elumatec machines; thanks to these machines, the margin of error is virtually zero, eliminating potential issues in corner joints or other critical points. During the installation phase, our experienced and skilled team, with whom we have collaborated for years, manages the process in accordance with technical standards. Upon project completion, as-built drawings are prepared, and the process is fully delivered. For contractors with installation and manufacturing capacity but requiring additional support in design processes, we also offer professional project planning services. We hold application and design licenses for metal constructions and façade works from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. These licenses play a critical role in submitting as-built projects to the FHN and provide significant advantages to construction companies we collaborate with.
